Being in a state of ‘unrest’ w/ regard to what’s going on and the direction that things (various things) in our life are taking can be un-nerving…

They say just step back and let it chill and all will set in correctly (ok, so THEY don’t say it… I do! LOL)… Whatever it is that’s causing this mild anxiety, I hope it comes out ok
